excellent staff spacious room good sea view efficient air conditioning

The kids club was a highlight for my child. The staff took excellent care of the children. P Kik and P Ray were especially kind. The executive tower room was spacious. The air conditioning worked efficiently. I had a good sea view from my balcony.

The pillows were not very comfortable.

The hotel is near a shopping mall. Terminal 21 and Tiffany show are within walking distance. It is only a short walk to the beach. There are many food options nearby.

slow towel delivery dead remote batteries

the room was acceptable. the air conditioning worked as it should.

I faced some issues. i asked for an extra towel, but it took over an hour to arrive. also, the tv remote batteries were dead and i had to call maintenance to replace it. This was annoying.
